New Hope for Women is a non-profit organization located in the Philadelphia area and has existed since 1995.  New Hope For Women provides services for women who are serving time in jail or prison as well as help for them when they return to our communities.

            1. Inside the prisons we provide lifeskills classes, mentoring and special events.
2.Upon release from prison, we provide accountability, mentoring and Bible studies.
            3. On the streets, often times women return to their former criminal activities because the obstacles they face returning to our communities are overwhelming.  We visit the "hotspots" of Philadelphia where these women will return to drugs and prostitution and we share with them the love of Jesus Christ and the hope for a furture.  Most times the process of change takes years and it is our responsibility to walk with them through the long process demonstrating commitment, providing friendship, and developing a level of trust.
New Hope For Women is also committed to raising awareness of the needs for those who are incarcerated and recently released. We are always happy to speak at your church.

Matthew 25:34-36    "Then the King will say to those on the right, come you who are blessed by My Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.  For I was hungry, and you fed Me, I was thirsty, and you gave Me a drink. I was a stranger and you invited Me into your home.  I was sick, and you cared for Me.  I was in prison and you visited Me."
