Weekly Fellowship begins!  Nicole, Missy and Sharon get together weekly for Bible Study and fellowship.  Bi-weekly I will be teaching on Prayer, and in between weeks the ladies will each prepare a bible study class to prepare them for the plans that God has for them to mentor, teach in prison and take the gospel to the streets. This is a season to prepare for advancement! Making NH4W disciples so that they can disciple others.  That's exactly what Jesus had in mind 2,000 years ago when He said 'Go and Make Disciples".

Our First "Intimate Moment Fellowship" 1/18/2012

We met for lasagna dinner at Christine's house, followed by a time of sharing personal testimonies, some sweet time of worship and then the Word.  God blessed us and challenges us to make 2012 a year where we believe for God's best for our lives.  This is the year of the Lord's favor. So before we closed out the evening, we had a time of personal prayer ministry and the Lord was stirring us up.  When it was time to leave, the women were questioning why we would wait so long until we do this again.  So I received an email that now they want a weekly bible study on Thursdays.  This for me is exciting because I see a grassroots hunger rising up within the women. February 24-26 will be the dates for our winter retreat on the Chesapeake.

2012 Proves to be Fruitful right out of the Starting Gate

January 5th NH4W ladies went to the Olive Garden for our Christmas Dinner.  God gave me a Word to share with the ladies, yes we had a Bible Study right in the middle of the dining area at the restaurant.  The Word was, "Dare to Dream Again".  You can read the entire Word under the 2012 Winter Newsletter on this site.  We came away hungry for more of the Lord, and everyone agreed that we needed to start a bi-monthly fellowship/worship/bible study.  So we will have our first one Wednesday night January 18th.  We will gather at the home of Christine, and we will have dinner together then break out in worship followed by a Word from the Lord.  I'm sure there will be a time for personal prayer ministry before we all go home.  God has plans for this small group of ladies, and I know it will be plans to prosper us, plans for a hope and a future!  Our first meeting will start out with 11 women.  Did I say, we are all VERY excited to get together again with each other and open our bibles together to see what God might say to us as we journey into the unknown of what dreams God has for each of us in 2012.  We'll see where it goes from there!  I'll keep you posted!

Our 2011 Spring Ladies Retreat on the Chesapeake in
                                                     Maryland.

Check out the fun we had on our ladies retreat! It was 90' weather for all three days!  We went swimming, worshipped Jesus and got into the Word, went out to one of St Michael's finest restaurants, and even had a baptism!  I must say, Nicole asked to be baptized and has not been the same since!  We are getting ready for our 2012 winter retreat in February and the excitement is growing as we anticipate what the Lord will do.

            What's new for 2011-2012?

We changed our program design and strategy to minister to the women at Riverside Correctional Facility.  We will provide weekly Bible study, mentoring, and one on one counseling to the female inmates.  Twice a year we will have a BIG EVENT in the prison gym.  We will have live worship, testimonies, and a time of sharing God's Word.  Our friends are welcome to join us at these events.

Worship services at Bucks County Prison with Life Abundant Ministries will be held on Sunday Evenings at the Work Release Center.

A Mission Trip to Kenya in May 2012 to women in prison and on the streets prostituting themselves to provide for their families.

            What's new with me?

My husband, Ron and I will be heading up the Missions Department at our Church, New Life Christian Center.
I am also taking classes at Berean School at Global University for certification in the A/G church.
I will be going to Ethiopia with my daughter sometime this year to bring home our newest member of our family.  My daughter and son in law are on a waiting list to adopt an Ethiopian orphan.
My husband and I recently decided to have his Mercedes Sprinter work truck converted into an RV.  Our hope is to be able to use this to go to national disasters in our country and be among first responders to help out alongside larger Disaster Relief Organizations like Convoy of Hope.  Our vehicle would make it possible for us to be completely independent complete with enough of our own water supply for a week including toilet facility.

Check out the new ride below.  This is our converted RV.
